Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Little Smokies
  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 TBLS Dijon Mustard
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut bacon in thirds.
  3. Wrap Bacon around smokies and put a toothpick through each one to hold in place.
  4. Place in rows in a 9x13 pan.
  5. Mix mustard and brown sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
  6. Heat in microwave 30-60 seconds until it becomes a bit runny.
  7. Pour mustard mixture over smokies (avoid getting it on the toothpicks.)
  8. Bake until Bacon is done, 30-45 minutes
