Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Little Smokies
- 1 pound Bacon
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 TBLS Dijon Mustard
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut bacon in thirds.
- Wrap Bacon around smokies and put a toothpick through each one to hold in place.
- Place in rows in a 9x13 pan.
- Mix mustard and brown sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat in microwave 30-60 seconds until it becomes a bit runny.
- Pour mustard mixture over smokies (avoid getting it on the toothpicks.)
- Bake until Bacon is done, 30-45 minutes
