Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup (approx) Frozen peaches roughly chopped (While frozen)
- 3/4 - 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in an 8x8 inch Baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 325.
- Uncover and bake for 45-50 mins until top is firm and light brown.
- Cool slightly and serve.
