Carrot Cake

A marvelous cake that is very different from the usual carrot cake! You can mix it right in the pan!

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Flour
• 3/4 Cup Sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 1/2 Cups Grated carrots
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1/2 Cup Mazola Oil
• 1/4 Cup water
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

1. Combine dry ingredients in 8” or 9” pan.
2. Add carrots, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
3. Stir briskly with a fork until well blended.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until done.
5. Ice with cream cheese icing.
