Carrot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs Carrots
- 2 TBLS Butter
- 2 TBLS Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6 slices of American Cheese
- 1/4 Cup melted Butter
- 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes
Instructions
- Peel, slice, and cook until tender.
- Drain and place in 9x13 casserole dish.
- Melt 2 Tbls Butter, in saucepan.
- Add Flour.
- Slowly stir in 1 Cup milk.
- Stir until it thickens.
- Add cheese.
- Once cheese melts, pour over carrots.
- melt remaining butter.
- Mix with Crushed Cornflakes.
- Spread on top of carrots.
- Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
