Cheesy Egg Puffs
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Cups shredded cheese
- 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
- 16 oz browned sausage or bacon
- 10 eggs
- Optional: Peppers, Onion, or Tomatoes (cooked until softened)
Instructions
- In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder & salt.
- Add melted butter and mix.
- Add eggs and cheese.
- Stir in meat and veggies.
- Fill well greased muffin tins 3/4 full of mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
Tips
- Spray tins well
- Cook just shy of being set, they will re-warm better.
- Cool and store flat in freezer bags
