Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 2 cups diced peeled zucchini
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 4 TBLS Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp sat
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• Chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Cream butter, oil and sugar.
2. Puree in blender sour milk and zucchini.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Beat well with mixer.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Sprinkle 1/3 cup chocolate chips over top.
7. Bake in greased pan at 325 for 40 mins.
