Crockpot Coconut Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 6 Sliced Peeled Apples
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBLS Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 TBLS Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Butter
Instructions
- In bowl combine Apples, Sugar, Cornstarch, Cinnamon, and Lemon Juice.
- Mix Well.
- Move to Crockpot.
- In Seperate Bowl, Combine Brown Sugar, Oats, Coconut,and Butter.
- Mix until Crumbly.
- Spoon over Apples.
- Place 2 clean towels (folded in half to make 4 layers) over crockpot.
- Cover with the lid.
- Cook on High 3-4 hours.
- Be careful when removing the lid and towels. The steam is HOT!
