Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounces gluten-free farfalle pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons dry shallots
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup pasta water (reserved)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
- Season and sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Dice and set aside.
- Make sauce with butter, shallots, flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Add Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce, adding pasta water to bind.
- Divide the creamy chicken garlic Parmesan pasta into serving bowls. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
