Crock-pot Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 15 oz Can Pumpkin
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 C Buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 TBLS melted butter
- 1 TBLS Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Spray crock-pot with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into crockpot.
- Bake on low 6-7 hours.
- Top with whipped Cream.
