Crock-pot Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Can Pumpkin
  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 C Buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 TBLS melted butter
  • 1 TBLS Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray crock-pot with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into crockpot.
  3. Bake on low 6-7 hours.
  4. Top with whipped Cream.
