Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 3C Milk
  • 2 pkg Vanilla Pudding (instant)
  • 1 Medium Cool Whip
  • 1 Box Graham Crackers

Topping:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa

Instructions

  1. In sauce pan mix together topping ingredients.
  2. Mix in a large bowl Milk, Pudding, and cool whip.
  3. Line pan with graham Crackers.
  4. Spread 1/2 of pudding on top.
  5. Line with Graham crackers.
  6. Top with another layer of pudding.
  7. Line with Graham crackers.
  8. Pour Chocolate on top.
  9. Chill.
