Eclair Cake
Ingredients
- 3C Milk
- 2 pkg Vanilla Pudding (instant)
- 1 Medium Cool Whip
- 1 Box Graham Crackers
Topping:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa
Instructions
- In sauce pan mix together topping ingredients.
- Mix in a large bowl Milk, Pudding, and cool whip.
- Line pan with graham Crackers.
- Spread 1/2 of pudding on top.
- Line with Graham crackers.
- Top with another layer of pudding.
- Line with Graham crackers.
- Pour Chocolate on top.
- Chill.
