Nancy Schifferdecker's French Cookies

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • Β½ cup sugar
  • 1 lb brown sugar (2 ΒΌ cups)
  • Dash salt
  • 1 lb butter
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 6 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, and salt together.
  2. Add butter, egg yolks, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and cream together.
  3. Beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.
  4. Cook in a French cookie press for about 1 minute.
