Nancy Schifferdecker's French Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- Β½ cup sugar
- 1 lb brown sugar (2 ΒΌ cups)
- Dash salt
- 1 lb butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 6 egg whites
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, and salt together.
- Add butter, egg yolks, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and cream together.
- Beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.
- Cook in a French cookie press for about 1 minute.
