Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 TBLS Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Can Cream Chicken Soup
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes.
Instructions
- Thaw Hashbrowns.
- Mix first 8 ingredients well.
- Put in greased 9x13 casserole dish
- Melt 1/4 cup butter.
- Mix butter with cornflakes
- Spread over top.
- Bake 45 mins to an hour at 350
