Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 TBLS Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 Can Cream Chicken Soup
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes.

Instructions

  1. Thaw Hashbrowns.
  2. Mix first 8 ingredients well.
  3. Put in greased 9x13 casserole dish
  4. Melt 1/4 cup butter.
  5. Mix butter with cornflakes
  6. Spread over top.
  7. Bake 45 mins to an hour at 350
