Homemade Snickers

Ingredients

Base/Top:

  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 Cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 Cup Peanutbutter

Filling:

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup Marshmallow Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Peanutbutter
  • 1 1/2 C Chopped Peanuts (salted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Carmel:

  • 1 14 Ounce bag carmels
  • 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Line 13X 9 pan with foil
  2. Make Base- combine all ingredients in small sauce pan cook on low until melted and smooth
  3. Spread in pan refrigerate until set.
  4. Filling: Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and milk. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in Marshmallow Cream, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla.
  7. Add Peanuts. Spread over base layer. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Carmel: Combine Carmels & Cream.
  9. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Cook 4 more minutes
  10. Spread over filling, refrigerate until set.
  11. Top: Same as base
  12. Refrigerate 4 hours cut into one inch squares.
