Homemade Snickers
Ingredients
Base/Top:
- 1 Cup Milk Chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup Butterscotch chips
- 1/4 Cup Peanutbutter
Filling:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Marshmallow Cream
- 1/4 Cup Peanutbutter
- 1 1/2 C Chopped Peanuts (salted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Carmel:
- 1 14 Ounce bag carmels
- 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Line 13X 9 pan with foil
- Make Base- combine all ingredients in small sauce pan cook on low until melted and smooth
- Spread in pan refrigerate until set.
- Filling: Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and milk. Bring to boil.
- Stir for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in Marshmallow Cream, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla.
- Add Peanuts. Spread over base layer. Refrigerate until set.
- Carmel: Combine Carmels & Cream.
- Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Cook 4 more minutes
- Spread over filling, refrigerate until set.
- Top: Same as base
- Refrigerate 4 hours cut into one inch squares.
