Honey Glazed Baked Ham
Ingredients
- Whole or Half Ham ready to eat
- 1/8 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 TBLS Honey
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place 1 TBLS Flour in turkey sized oven bag.
- Place Bag in large baking dish.
- Put Ham in bag, fat side up.
- Close bag with twist tie.
- Poke 6-8 holes in the top of the bag.
- Bake 12 minutes per pound.
- 30 Minutes before ham is supposed to be done, Slit the bag and expose ham.
- Remove skin.
- Score the fat (cut into) in a diamond shape 1/4 inch deep all over top of ham.
- Mix Mustard and cloves.
- Brush the top side of the ham with mustard.
- Cover with Brown Sugar.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Turn oven up to 375.
- Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
