Honey Glazed Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • Whole or Half Ham ready to eat
  • 1/8 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 3 TBLS Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Place 1 TBLS Flour in turkey sized oven bag.
  3. Place Bag in large baking dish.
  4. Put Ham in bag, fat side up.
  5. Close bag with twist tie.
  6. Poke 6-8 holes in the top of the bag.
  7. Bake 12 minutes per pound.
  8. 30 Minutes before ham is supposed to be done, Slit the bag and expose ham.
  9. Remove skin.
  10. Score the fat (cut into) in a diamond shape 1/4 inch deep all over top of ham.
  11. Mix Mustard and cloves.
  12. Brush the top side of the ham with mustard.
  13. Cover with Brown Sugar.
  14. Drizzle with honey.
  15. Turn oven up to 375.
  16. Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
