Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Jar (6 oz) marinated Artichoke hearts drained and chopped coursely
- 1 pkg (9-11 02) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- Diced red bell peppers
- Chips or Pita Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix Artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add garlic and parmesan.
- Spoon into small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated.
- Garnish with peppers.
