Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix with pudding
- 1 pkg Lemon or Vanilla Pudding
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix Cake mix, Pudding, Egg and oil.
- Mixture will be slightly dry.
- Reserve one cup for the topping.
- Pat the rest into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread over the baked crust.
- Crumble the reserved cake mix mixture over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until filling is set and lightly toasted.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
- Make glaze with Powdered sugar and lemon Juice to drizzle over top.
