Nana The Great's Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C poppy seeds
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/4 C oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 TBLS Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, poppy seeds, water, oil, and eggs until moistened.
  2. Beat for 4 mins on medium speed.
  3. Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan.
  4. Bake 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 mins and remove from pan.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water to make glaze.
  7. Cool then drizzle with lemon glaze.
