Nana The Great's Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 C poppy seeds
- 1 Cup water
- 1 white cake mix
- 1/4 C oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 TBLS Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp water
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, poppy seeds, water, oil, and eggs until moistened.
- Beat for 4 mins on medium speed.
- Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake 40-45 minutes.
- Cool 10 mins and remove from pan.
- Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water to make glaze.
- Cool then drizzle with lemon glaze.
