Mexican Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2C Oil
- AT /2 sq cocoa
- 1 C water
- 2 C flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 TBLS Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c Sour Milk (Add 1 tsp Vinegar)
- 2 Eggs
Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 6 T butter
- 6 T milk
Instructions
- Heat Butter, oil, cocoa, and water in a sauce pan to a boil.
- In big bowl mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and sour milk.
- Add boiled ingredients.
- Add eggs.
- Pour in greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
- Chocolate Frosting: Bring to a rolling boil for 30 sec and then add % c of chocolate chip and stir until thick.
