Mexican Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1/2C Oil
  • AT /2 sq cocoa
  • 1 C water
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 TBLS Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Sour Milk (Add 1 tsp Vinegar)
  • 2 Eggs

Chocolate Frosting:

  • 1 1/3 c sugar
  • 6 T butter
  • 6 T milk

Instructions

  1. Heat Butter, oil, cocoa, and water in a sauce pan to a boil.
  2. In big bowl mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and sour milk.
  3. Add boiled ingredients.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Pour in greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
  7. Chocolate Frosting: Bring to a rolling boil for 30 sec and then add % c of chocolate chip and stir until thick.
