Mexican Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmellows
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234-240°F).
  4. Remove from heat and beat until thick.
  5. Pour into greased pan and let cool.
