Mexican Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmellows
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
- Continue cooking and stirring until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234-240°F).
- Remove from heat and beat until thick.
- Pour into greased pan and let cool.
