Muddy Buddy Truffles

Ingredients
- 3 cups Chex Mix
- 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Crush your Chex in a plastic bag and then pour into a large bowl.
- Mix the peanut butter, crushed Chex, and powdered sugar together until fully combined.
- Scoop the mixture into bite sized balls.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip your muddy buddy truffles into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper. Place them in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat and enjoy!
