Nanna's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Grease 9x9 pan
  2. Cube bread and spread in bottom.
  3. Cook Sausage.
  4. Layer Sausage on top of bread.
  5. Spread cheese over Sausage.
  6. Mix Mustard, Eggs, Salt and 1 Cup milk.
  7. Pour over top.
  8. Mix 1/4 Cup milk and soup.
  9. Pour over top.
  10. Refrigerate overnight.
  11. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min.
