Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Butter melted
  • 1 Cup Dark Syrup
  • pecan halves
  • 1 baked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 for 40-50 minutes
  2. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and syrup.
  3. Lay pecan halves in bottom of shell.
  4. Pour filling over pecans.
  5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes.
