Pineapple Sheet cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple

Icing:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 Cup Canned milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Cup nuts
  • 1 Cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix together cake ingredients.
  2. Bake in Sheet pan 350 for 20 - 25 mins
  3. Icing: Bring butter, canned milk, and sugar to a boil.
  4. Add nuts and coconut.
  5. Spread on cake.
