Pineapple Sheet cake
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 Cup Canned milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Cup nuts
- 1 Cup coconut
Instructions
- Mix together cake ingredients.
- Bake in Sheet pan 350 for 20 - 25 mins
- Icing: Bring butter, canned milk, and sugar to a boil.
- Add nuts and coconut.
- Spread on cake.
