Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Pork Shoulder or Butt roast (3-4 pounds)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
- 18 oz BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- Sandwich Rolls
Instructions
- Combine salt, cumin, paprika, and peppers in a small bowl.
- Rub over roast
- Place onion and bell pepper in slow cooker; add pork.
- Combine BBQ Sauce and Brown Sugar.
- Pour over Meat.
- Cook on Low with Cover on 8-10 hours.
- Trim fat.
- Pull apart with forks.
- Serve with sauce on rolls.
