Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 Boneless Pork Shoulder or Butt roast (3-4 pounds)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 med onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 18 oz BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • Sandwich Rolls

Instructions

  1. Combine salt, cumin, paprika, and peppers in a small bowl.
  2. Rub over roast
  3. Place onion and bell pepper in slow cooker; add pork.
  4. Combine BBQ Sauce and Brown Sugar.
  5. Pour over Meat.
  6. Cook on Low with Cover on 8-10 hours.
  7. Trim fat.
  8. Pull apart with forks.
  9. Serve with sauce on rolls.
