Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup + 1/3 Cup sugar
- 1 TBSP Flour
- 1 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
- rounded 1/2 tsp Allspice
- rounded 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Ib Libby’s Pumpkin
- 3 Eggs well blended
- 1 Cup Milnot (can use Half n’ Half)
- Scant 1 Cup Milk
- 1 1/3 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix above together.
- Add 1 Ib Libby’s Pumpkin
- Stir in 3 Eggs well blended
- Add Milnot, milk, and vanilla.
- Bake at 450 for 10 mins
- Then 325 for 30 mins or until done
