Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup + 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP Flour
  • 1 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
  • rounded 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • rounded 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Ib Libby’s Pumpkin
  • 3 Eggs well blended
  • 1 Cup Milnot (can use Half n’ Half)
  • Scant 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/3 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix above together.
  2. Add 1 Ib Libby’s Pumpkin
  3. Stir in 3 Eggs well blended
  4. Add Milnot, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Bake at 450 for 10 mins
  6. Then 325 for 30 mins or until done
