Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Raisin Bran
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400.
  2. In large bowl combine all ingredients until moistened.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill greased or papered muffin pans 3/4 full
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until center is firm to touch
