Raisin Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Raisin Bran
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400.
- In large bowl combine all ingredients until moistened.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fill greased or papered muffin pans 3/4 full
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until center is firm to touch
