Runza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Refrigerated Crescent Roll dough
  • 1 small Cabbage chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cabbage when the beef is just about browned and let cook down.
  3. Putt beef and cabbage in 9x13 pan.
  4. Spread mushroom soup on top and add cheese evenly.
  5. Place layer of crescent roll dough flat on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
