Runza Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Refrigerated Crescent Roll dough
- 1 small Cabbage chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- pinch of salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Brown beef with onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cabbage when the beef is just about browned and let cook down.
- Putt beef and cabbage in 9x13 pan.
- Spread mushroom soup on top and add cheese evenly.
- Place layer of crescent roll dough flat on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
