Sarah's World Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c Crisco
• 1 c butter
• 2 1/4 c brown sugar
• 2 1/4 c white sugar
• 6 eggs
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 6 3/4 c flour + 6 TBSP
• 3 tsp baking soda
• 3 tsp salt
• 3 bags chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Cream butter crisco and both sugars
2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix
3. In a separate bowl, mix together Flour, BS, and Salt
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined
5. Fold in the Chocolate (chips)
6. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes (depending on size of cookie)
