Suzy's Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 2 Sticks butter
• 1 Cup Shortening
• 3 Cups Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 5 1/2 Cups Flour
• 4 tsp Cream of Tarter
• 2 tsp Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 TBLS Sugar
• 4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven to 400.
2. Mix Shortening, Butter, Sugar, and Eggs.
3. Sift Flour, Cream of Tarter, Soda, and Salt.
4. Mix dry ingredients into Creamed ingredients.
5. Form into Walnut sized balls.
6. Mix Cinnamon and Sugar.
7. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar.
8. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Bake 8-10 minutes.
