"Souper Stroganoff"

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Round Steak cup into think strips
  • Flour
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Dash of peper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Butter or Oleo
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • 3 Cups Cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. Dredge meat in flour and pepper.
  2. In skillet brown meat in butter.
  3. Add onion and garlic; brown lightly.
  4. Stir in soup. (You may want to dilute with milk or water)
  5. Cover; cook one hour or until meat is tender.
  6. Stir often.
  7. Gradually blend in sour cream.
  8. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve over noodles.

4 generous servings.
