"Souper Stroganoff"
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Round Steak cup into think strips
- Flour
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Dash of peper
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Butter or Oleo
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Sour cream
- 3 Cups Cooked noodles
Instructions
- Dredge meat in flour and pepper.
- In skillet brown meat in butter.
- Add onion and garlic; brown lightly.
- Stir in soup. (You may want to dilute with milk or water)
- Cover; cook one hour or until meat is tender.
- Stir often.
- Gradually blend in sour cream.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve over noodles.
4 generous servings.
