Strawberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 2 TBLS Lemon Juice
  • 1 pkg Liquid Pectin

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull and blend Strawberries to make 2 cups.
  2. Pour into large sauce pot
  3. Add Sugar
  4. Turn on stove and mix sugar in.
  5. DONT STOP STIRRING
  6. Add Lemon Juice
  7. Bring to a rollin boil
  8. Add the pectin.
  9. Stir for a full minute at a rolling boil
  10. Pour into containers
  11. Let cool for 24 hours.
  12. Freeze until ready to use.
