Strawberry Freezer Jam
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- 4 cups Sugar
- 2 TBLS Lemon Juice
- 1 pkg Liquid Pectin
Instructions
- Wash, hull and blend Strawberries to make 2 cups.
- Pour into large sauce pot
- Add Sugar
- Turn on stove and mix sugar in.
- DONT STOP STIRRING
- Add Lemon Juice
- Bring to a rollin boil
- Add the pectin.
- Stir for a full minute at a rolling boil
- Pour into containers
- Let cool for 24 hours.
- Freeze until ready to use.
