Truffle Pie

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Crumb Crust
  • 17 squares of carmel unwrapped
  • 1/4 Cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 TBSP Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat carmel and evaporated milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Pour into crust.
  3. Heat chocolate chips, cream, and butter in saucepan over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour over caramel.
  5. Refrigerate about 4 hours until set.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and Toasted Pecans sprinkled on top.
