Truffle Pie
Ingredients
- Chocolate Crumb Crust
- 17 squares of carmel unwrapped
- 1/4 Cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 TBSP Butter
Instructions
- Heat carmel and evaporated milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Pour into crust.
- Heat chocolate chips, cream, and butter in saucepan over low heat until melted.
- Pour over caramel.
- Refrigerate about 4 hours until set.
- Serve with whipped cream and Toasted Pecans sprinkled on top.
