White Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
- 2 T melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (be sure it is NOT reduced fat)
- 1.5 cups toasted rice cereal
- vanilla bark (16-20 oz)
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Form into balls about 1 inch in size. Refrigerate.
- When cold, roll in melted bark. Heat vanilla bark in a double boiler and roll each ball in the bark using 2 forks.
- Place the finished ball on a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper and cool before putting in a container.
