White Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 T melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (be sure it is NOT reduced fat)
  • 1.5 cups toasted rice cereal
  • vanilla bark (16-20 oz)

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form into balls about 1 inch in size. Refrigerate.
  3. When cold, roll in melted bark. Heat vanilla bark in a double boiler and roll each ball in the bark using 2 forks.
  4. Place the finished ball on a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper and cool before putting in a container.
